About the Chef
Chef Steve Walker has an impressive culinary career spanning more than two decades, and has been a fixture at The Inn of the Six Mountains for many years. Under the guidance of some of New England’s finest chefs, he has drawn inspiration from French, Cajun, Mexican, and Caribbean cuisine to create the menu for Cedars Restaurant.
