Spring
Killington, Vermont in Bloom
Spring is a time of rebirth in Vermont, when the chilly weather gives way to sunshine, fragrant blooms, rolling green hills, and great skiing. This weather is ideal for skiing in comfort through late April. In the valley, warmer temperatures make it the ideal time for antiquing and exploring the charming villages of the area, such as Quechee Gorge Village. In addition, golf, fishing, biking, and horseback riding are also great pastimes for the season.
The Inn of the Six Mountains also offers a host of fun activities in Killington, Vermont, including swimming, a game room, tennis, and a putting green.
This lovely time of year is also Vermont’s maple sugaring season, a process that is part of the state’s best-known (and most delicious) local product — maple syrup.
